We offer a range of buses from 20-seater minibuses to large 70-seater coaches, suitable for various group sizes and events.
2. Can I book a bus for a one-off event?
Yes, we provide bus hire services for one-off events such as weddings, corporate functions, school trips, and more.
3. Do you offer airport transfer services?
Yes, we offer shuttle bus services to and from OR Tambo International Airport and Lanseria International Airport.
4. What safety features do your buses have?
All our buses are equipped with standard safety features, including seat belts, first aid kits, and regular maintenance checks. We also ensure our drivers are experienced and hold valid PDPs.
5. Can I make a regular booking for recurring trips?
Yes, we accommodate regular bookings for recurring trips such as school transport, corporate shuttles, and more.
6. Do you offer insurance coverage for passengers?
Yes, we provide comprehensive insurance coverage, including R65 million in passenger insurance and public liability cover.
7. Can I specify pick-up and drop-off points for my trip?
Yes, you can specify your preferred pick-up and drop-off points, and we will plan the route accordingly.
8. Are your buses available for overnight trips?
Yes, we offer bus hire services for overnight trips, however it is the clients responsibility to pay/provide accommodation and 3 meals per day for the driver.
9. How do I get a quote for my trip?
You can get a quote by contacting us through our website or by calling our customer service. Provide details about your trip, and we will give you a comprehensive quote.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We strictly only accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments. Cash Deposits are not allowed.
11. How far in advance should I book a bus?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.
12. Can I inspect the bus before booking?
Yes, we welcome potential clients to inspect our buses before making a booking. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
13. Do you offer customized travel itineraries?
Yes, we can help you plan customized travel itineraries based on your specific needs and preferences.
14. Are refreshments provided on the bus?
Unfortunately we do not. You will need to bring your own refreshments for your trip.
15. Do you offer driver services with the bus hire?
Yes, all our bus hires come with a professional driver. We do not offer self-drive options.
16. Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking, but please refer to our cancellation policy for specific terms and conditions.
17. What happens if the bus breaks down during the trip?
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we have contingency plans in place to ensure your journey continues with minimal disruption.
18. How can I provide feedback about my experience?

19. Is smoking and drinking permitted onboard?
No, smoking is not allowed on our vehicles at all. A special request will need to be submitted if you would like to consume alcohol onboard, otherwise it will not be permitted without our written consent.
20. How many buses does TAG Passenger Services have?
We have a total of 15 buses ranging from 20-Seaters all the way up to 70-Seaters
21. Do your buses have safety belts?
Yes, our buses are equipped with either 2-point or 3-point safety belts.
22. Do your buses have wheel chair access?
No, unfortunately our buses are not equipped for the loading of wheel chairs.
23. Do your buses have air-conditioning?
No, unfortunately our buses do not have air-conditioning as our biggest clientele market does not require us to have.
24. Do your buses have toilets onboard?
No, we do not have toilets onboard any of our vehicles as most of our trips are locally based.
25. Do your buses have entertainment onboard?
Yes, some of our vehicle's are fitted with radio's and TV's on board, although not all of our vehicles are fitted with these features. Please have a look at our Entertainment Onboard page to see what is showing and on which vehicles it is available on. Alternatively please enquire with your booking agent to find out which of our vehicles have these features.
26. Do your buses have space for hand luggage?
Yes, most of our vehicles have parcel shelves where hand luggage can be stowed away.
27. Can small children share a seat?
No, according to the law each person, child or adult needs to sit on their own seat during the duration of the trip. It is also important as our insurance policies will not pay out in the unlikely event of an accident.
